World's first curved auto-darkening filter - This innovative new design from 3M allows TIG welders to step-up their welding, providing welders with 100% more field of view compared to previous flat filters. Featuring new 2.5 light shade, 3M's Speedglas Natural Colour Technology and 4 arc sensors this product sets the standard for welding helmets. Featuring one of the newest innovations from 3M Speedglas – Curved Glass Technology . The welding filter follows the curved shape of your head and is more in line with the range of your peripheral vision. With previous welding filters there was a compromise between either a wide field of view or a slim helmet. However, with the curved G5-02 filter there is no compromise, offering 100% wider view compared to previous flat filters. This new filter shape combined with 3M's new 2.5 light state provides great clarity before the weld and their renowned Speedlgas Natural Colour Technology makes colours appear more realistic in both dark and ligh states; allowing better control over your arc.
